Origin

 

It started with a simple observation.

Even the most reputable frame bags eventually fail.

And almost always, the first point of failure is the zipper.

One day, a rider asked for a repair.

Replacing the zipper meant taking the entire bag apart.

Time consuming. Costly. Sometimes impossible.

That moment changed everything.

What if the bag was built differently?

The Mogaéro is built from a single piece of fabric.

This construction allows direct access to the zipper, making repairs possible without dismantling the entire bag.

It reduces weak points, improves durability and ensures long term serviceability.

The structure naturally follows the lines of your frame, resulting in a clean integration, improved aerodynamics and a more stable setup.

The accuracy of the final product directly depends on the quality and precision of the photos and measurements submitted.

For best results, we recommend taking the photo with the bike upright, on a flat surface, and as straight as possible.

Production can only begin once all required measurements and photos have been received and validated.

Orders remain on hold until this information is provided.

For the highest level of precision, geometry files from your frame builder or manufacturer (BikeCAD, DXF or similar formats) can also be used.

⚙️ Warranty and zippers

 

Moga Bags products are designed for everyday use in real riding conditions. The zippers are technical components that require proper use and regular maintenance.

Zippers must only be operated when both panels are aligned, to avoid unnecessary stress. Closing under tension or pulling forcefully is considered improper use.

Zipper performance may be affected by exposure to dust, sand or mud. Regular cleaning and lubrication using beeswax is recommended to ensure long term durability.

The zipper is considered a wear component. Damage resulting from improper use, overloading, excessive pulling or lack of maintenance is not covered by the legal warranty.

However, in case of failure under normal use, a repair can be offered, subject to inspection and technical feasibility.
