FAQ
Where are Moga bags made?
Every bag is cut and sewn by hand by George in his workshop in Brussels, Belgium.
How long does a custom bag take?
Count 10 to 12 weeks from confirmation. It is made to measure, one at a time.
How do I get the right size for my bike?
Trace your frame on paper and send us the template, or follow the steps on the Custom page. We then check the fit with you before cutting any fabric.
Can I choose my colours and prints?
Yes. Fabrics, colours and details can be personalised on custom bags.
What are your bags made of?
Technical, waterproof fabrics chosen for long distance riding. The exact materials are listed on each product page.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Import duties are calculated and paid at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives.
Can I return a bag?
Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days. Custom items cannot, unless they are damaged or not as agreed. See Returns.
How do I wash or repair my bag?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let it air dry. Moga bags are built to be repaired: write to us on the contact page.
