Ready-made items

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original condition. Write to us on the contact page with your order number before sending anything back. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the price paid.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom bags are made to your measurements and choices, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or do not match what we agreed together. If something is wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. Tracked parcels are insured. Untracked parcels are not.

Repairs

Every Moga bag is built to be repaired. Zippers, buckles and seams can be fixed or replaced. Write to us if something wears out.
