⚙️ Warranty and zippers

Moga Bags products are designed for everyday use in real riding conditions. The zippers used are technical components that require proper use and regular maintenance.

Zippers must only be operated when both panels are aligned, to avoid unnecessary stress. Closing a zipper under tension or pulling forcefully on the slider is considered improper use.

Repeated exposure to dust, sand or mud requires regular maintenance. Without proper cleaning and lubrication using beeswax, premature wear may occur.

Damage resulting from improper use, overloading, excessive pulling or lack of maintenance is not covered by the legal warranty of conformity.

However, a repair may still be offered as a paid service, subject to prior quotation and technical feasibility.
