⚙️ Warranty and zippers
Moga Bags products are designed for everyday use in real riding conditions. The zippers are technical components that require proper use and regular maintenance.
Zippers must only be operated when both panels of the bag are properly aligned to avoid stress on the slider and teeth. Closing under tension or pulling forcefully is considered improper use.
Regular cleaning is necessary after exposure to dust, sand or mud. Lubrication with beeswax is recommended. Lack of maintenance may cause premature wear.
Damage caused by improper use, overloading, excessive pulling or lack of maintenance is not covered by the legal warranty.
Repairs may be offered as a paid service depending on technical feasibility.
