HOW THE CUSTOM PROCESS WORKS

1. PAY THE €79 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

The €79 deposit opens your custom project and is deducted from the total price of €260.50.

It covers the administrative and technical preparation required to begin a made-to-measure project.

The deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to continue with the order or fail to provide the paper template or other information required to complete the project.

By placing the order, you acknowledge that the Mini Mogaéro is a personalised product made specifically for your bicycle.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights if Moga Bags is unable to fulfil the order.

2. CREATE A PHYSICAL PAPER TEMPLATE

A physical paper tracing of the inside of your bicycle frame is required for every custom Mini Mogaéro.

Photos, measurements, digital sketches and templates sent by email are not sufficient to begin production.

Place a large sheet of paper against one side of the bicycle frame and carefully trace the complete inside shape, following the inner edges of:

• The top tube

• The down tube

• The seat tube

Clearly mark the position of:

• Bottle-cage mounts and bolts

• Cable guides and cables

• Frame openings

• Brackets or accessories

• Any other element that could affect the shape, fit or attachment of the bag

Write the following information directly on the template:

• Full name

• Order number

• Bicycle brand and model

• Frame size

• The side of the bicycle used for the tracing

The tracing must reproduce the actual dimensions of the frame at a 1:1 scale.

Before sending the original template, take a clear photograph or scan of it for your records.

3. SEND THE ORIGINAL TEMPLATE BY POST

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the tracing and for the cost of sending it.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and packing the template carefully to avoid distortion or damage.

Moga Bags cannot be held responsible for templates lost or damaged during shipping.

4. VALIDATION AND CUSTOMIZATION

Once the physical template has arrived, it will be checked before the project can continue.

You will then be asked to confirm the final details of your Mini Mogaéro, including:

• Colours and materials

• Attachment system

• Zipper position

• Any specific technical requirements

For unusual requests or additional customization, please contact us by email.

If information is missing, unclear or inconsistent, the project will remain on hold until the required details have been provided and validated.

5. PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE

Once the physical template and all technical choices have been validated, you will receive a payment request for the remaining balance of €181.50.

Production will not begin until this balance has been paid.

6. PRODUCTION BEGINS

The 10–12 week production period begins only after:

• The original physical template has been received and validated

• All colours, materials and technical options have been confirmed

• The remaining balance of €181.50 has been paid

Paying the €79 deposit alone does not start the production period.

If any required information is missing, the order remains on hold and no production or delivery date can be guaranteed.

MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Each Mini Mogaéro is made specifically for one bicycle using the physical template and technical information supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the tracing and all submitted information are complete and accurate.

Moga Bags cannot verify the dimensions of the bicycle remotely and cannot be held responsible for an incorrect fit resulting from:

• An inaccurate paper tracing

• Missing or incorrectly positioned frame elements

• Incomplete or incorrect technical information

• Changes made to the bicycle or its components after validation

• Damage or distortion to the template during shipping

CUSTOM PRODUCTS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because every Mini Mogaéro is made specifically to the customer’s measurements and personal choices, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to:

• Incorrect measurements or information supplied by the customer

• An inaccurate or incomplete paper template

• A change of mind after production has begun

• Personal preferences regarding fit, capacity, colour or appearance

• Changes made to the bicycle or its components after validation

If the bag does not fit because of inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, Moga Bags is not required to provide a refund or manufacture a replacement free of charge.

Where technically possible, a paid alteration or replacement may be offered following inspection. Any additional production and shipping costs will be communicated in advance.

If the issue results from a verified manufacturing error by Moga Bags or a defect covered by the legal warranty, please contact us with clear photographs so that an appropriate solution can be provided.

This policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

DELIVERY TIMES

Made to order.

Production time: 10–12 weeks from the validation of the complete project and payment of the remaining balance.

Delivery: approximately 5–10 days after shipping.

WARRANTY AND ZIPPERS

Moga Bags products are designed for everyday use in real riding conditions.

Zippers are technical components that require proper use and regular maintenance.

The zipper should only be operated when both panels of the bag are correctly aligned. Closing the bag under excessive tension or pulling forcefully may place unnecessary stress on the slider and teeth and is considered improper use.

Regular cleaning is necessary after exposure to dust, sand or mud.

Lubrication with beeswax is recommended to ensure long-term durability.

Damage caused by improper use, overloading, excessive pulling or lack of maintenance is not covered by the legal warranty.

Repairs may be offered as a paid service following inspection and subject to technical feasibility.
